What insurances do you accept?
Major Insurances such as Medi-cal, IEHP, Medicare, Molina & Tricare but we also work with HMO's & PPO's
Do you only accept insurance or do you also accept cash-paying customers?
We have a retail store & would love to help you
Do I purchase what I need first then give the receipt to my insurance company?
Yes that is something that can be done; We can help provide you with billing codes if applicable or see what your benefit coverage may cover.
Do I need a prescription to get medical supplies?
No, although a RX is ALWAYS required when billing insurance is done.
Can I purchase medical supplies without a prescription?
Yes most supplies are cash & carry, although all respiratory requires a prescription (Federal caution imprinted on packaging) Eg: Oxygen, Nebulizer related supplies.
What is Durable Medical Equipment?
DME includes, but is not limited to, wheelchairs (manual and electric), hospital beds, traction equipment, canes, crutches, walkers, oxygen, monitors, pressure mattresses, lifts, nebulizers, bath safety equipment.
Do you carry Ostomy Supplies?
Yes we have many supplies in store & available to order & drop ship if needed, We are the largest Ostomy dealer in the Inland Empire!
What if you don't carry the type of supplies I need? Can you get them?
Yes - we will do our very best to find your request.
Can you repair my wheelchair?
We have a repair department open daily - Appointment or call ahead is recommended.
Do you rent medical equipment?
Manual Wheelchairs: daily, weekly or monthly rental - in store only;
Semi & Full Electric Hospital beds -min. one month rental /delivery only in SB Cty area;
Knee Walker: min. one month rental -in store only.
